Endesa Web Site in English

There are several threads around informing that Endesa's web site is available in English but not how to change the language.

I also heard you can get statements on line.

Can anyone inform me an email address for Endesa (Malaga) or how to access in english.

They stopped send me invoices at the end of last year - still take the payments!

Unfortunately, the main website of Endesa is only in Spanish whereas the online service (accessible from the main page) does have pages available in English - however you must register first in order to be able to access the online service and of course this means answering questions in Spanish, selecting password & email address etc.  A further pitfall is the requirement to have the number of your last bill as a reference (not your contract number) to enter in the required box in order to complete the process and this is a major problem if you do not have the most recent bill in your possession.

Endesa make it so easy to join their e-billing site.   

It's almost as if they didn't want you to be able to contest their bills and enter your actual meter readings!

Thanks for the details. Looks like I need to go to their office....wherever that might be....another challenge.
