Is 4 years a long enough period for court case to be dealt with? or is it not?

it is taking us now 4 years since we logged a case against TU in court and we have not heard from them once? the judge must have gone on holiday and failed to report to his duty again 4 years later? what is going on? does anyone else have similar lengthy periods before they got to court or are we the exception of the rules? pls share your views with us.

Suggest you take a look at the Rough Justice Yet again thread.........many examples and complaint about court delays and the impact on the administration of justice in Spain I'm afraid.
