I believe they cannot ask you to complete without this as a bank will need he nota simple before they give a mortgage. This is to confirm everything is in place with the town hall/junta. I wouldnt worry.. I know that some have had their habitattion licences already so there will be no prob - i think! 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know
