This may sound like a strange question .......................

Hi Andy & Margaret here,

we are interested to know who has the upper apartment immediately adjacent to ours.We have recently visited our upper apartment No. 36 .We do not appear to have a shared external gate as standard at the front entrance from the pavement leading to the shared path / external stairway.

We would be keen to agreeing provision of a lockable gate,  if possible before the builder builds our plot external boundary walls.Can email photograph of similiar entrance leading to upstairs apartments which has been completed and without provison for security gate.
