we are in plot 58 and are flying out on 15th to sign on the 18th so will also be dashing round IKEA, Carrefour etc and then wielding a screwdriver to put it all together! look forward to meeting you all.

Hello everyone,  this site is great we have only just found it by chance, we complete on No 53,  24th Oct, initially a holiday home but may decide on long frequent holidays, We were staying in Los Montesinos (fact finding) in august and it confirmed that we had bought in the right place, lots to do, plenty of places to eat both in the village and a short drive away, there is a good gym with regular classes.

Didn’t know Montasol Villas had an Eye on Spain message board. I have been on the one for Roda Golf for little while and that is great as well. We are Mike & Linda, we live in East Sussex, and we complete on the 20^th of Dec. We are No. 61 (I Think), and its ground floor, middle block at the end, on the left from the front.

We're in the same block as you No60 top.We completed Oct and met quite a few neighbours. Everyone is really friendly so hopefully looks like we'll have a good community spirit.

Hi Again,

We got all our white goods & tv etc from Hnos Garcia up by Carrefour. They have got 3 or 4 floors filled with furniture and equipment. They said they could deliver that day but we werent ready so arranged the next day with them.  Carrefour stocks lots of crockery and electrical goods too. We had ordered our sofas/beds/table & chairs in Aug from a local shop in Montesinos as we weren't quite sure how long things take to get delivered but there are loads of shops around with nice furniture.   Just depends on what you want really.

Hi mike and linda, we are in No.58 - top floor next to Paul and Bernie! Came back yesterday from a long weekend out there - lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sunset! We got our white goods from Carrefour and most furniture from Ikea in Murcia - we know someone who will assemble it if you are interested. This time out there we got the air-con done and curtain poles put up. Carrefour is good for housey things and Ardy - near Carrefour has lots of DIY stuff as well as lights, bathroom stuff etc. Hope completion goes well and look forward to meeting you sometime.
