Hi Mick,  Had already considered key holding, and have mentioned it to one or two other buyers by private e-mail.  It involves regular checks, such as water leaks etc etc.  Perhaps Tricia could do her block and I could do our block which wont be ready till April?   We are moving in as soon as no 33 is finished.  Might take the service further, by offering cleaning, airport runs, welcome packs etc.  But was going to wait until our arrival April or May. Mal is an electrician and will be offering his services, such as alarm systems, light fittings etc.   Hope this is helpfull.   Regards Sylvie and Mal.
