Hi Linda/ Ray - I will not be able to make it so you can have my vote. I have listed a number of questions below.

1. The Mini bus last departure time should be later than 5:30 pm. If you were going out for the night this is too early.
2. The sound proof panels. There must to a plan from the government department to do this.
3. New restaurant details. When, what, which months is it open. Will it be a bar as well? One criticism I had from clients is the fact that they could not get a beer anywhere close by. (The pool bar closed in mid Sept hence no where to go for a beer).
4. On site management sales/ rentals.
5. Gym equipment?
6. Tennis court and changing room completion as well as plantation round the site. I am sure it has improved since mid Sept? 
7. When will PB entrance be improved? Welcome to PB sign, security office etc
8. Have the dying plants inside the apartment block been addressed.

9.      At the last community meeting a commitment was made to put a safety barrier at the exit of the east block garage. When will this be in place?

Hi Linda, Thanks for the heads up. I am  glad I could not make it as I would have book a flight by now as  I am sure some people have. This happened at the first meeting, I came out for the meeting to find the date moved by one week.

 I does concern me that this has been changed. The second meeting will now be 8 to 9 months after the first. It does not make any sense to delay this as there are  open questions that need answered and I would like an update on the progress and plans for next year. Do you know why it was changed?  It seems to me that the developer/community is avoiding any confrontation on outstanding issues.
