Could anybody advise how many buyers have now completed in order that we can put pressure on getting the pool completed?

Also what do we need to do to set up the Community?

Then it will take a loooooong time. You have to push.

Comunity is usually set up when 75% has completed. Builder will call. At that time your administrator is already chosen.

It is avisable to form a informal comunity asap. You need to act together to get things finished. It is also good if you have chosen a Presidente before the comunity set up meeting.

Hi, Simon and Lorraine here, we completed on R6 just before Christmas, apartment 969, where are you?.

I think there are about 4 -5 others on the site who have completed, but like Buz said the threads are in 'La Finca Golf'.

Have no real idea as to how many people have completed. We're back out ther 6th April for a week, will be trying to find out a bit more on numbers. Not a lot can happen until the community is set up, ie pool, gardens, electric gates etc.
