Terry was here when we moved in and was very active and helpful in the early days of our community. He fixed water pipes and big or small domestic problems. 
It is so sad to read that some of our neighbours are trying to harm him and his wife by anonymous accusations. You can imagine how serious this is and how much courage is needed to make this official. 
It is also very sad for the whole community that this can go on. I hope that the people behind this can live with their conscience.

Comunity is usually set up when 75% has completed. Builder will call. At that time your administrator is already chosen.

It is avisable to form a informal comunity asap. You need to act together to get things finished. It is also good if you have chosen a Presidente before the comunity set up meeting.

I heard, that Qara will start to complete the roundabout at CV941 in April and finish it in 3 months!

We have been using the dirt road so long time. It will be so difficult to leave this lovehated road.

Of course almost all people you meet are friendly. The other are in the builders or lawers office!

OK, my trick is: start any contact with a friendly ohla! and some spannish words. After a while they realize that you cant speek Spannish, but as you have tried so hard they do anything to help you communicate.
