Hello fellow owners,
I've just stumbled across this site and discovered all this communication going on between owners of apartments on Pueblo Salinas where I have an apartment in block five. I've just returned from a week there trying to attend to the last things in order to rent it out either long term or short term. It was only ever an investment for me, I've no intention of spending time there. Italy, where I used to live, is my second home, not Spain.
I feel rather out on a limb though as I've been trying to get all my answers through MRI aftersales who are shit useless at everything. I've just discovered that they didn't hand in the snagging list I made with them when I was over for completion just before Christmas so of course Keymare have not even had the opportunity of attending to the niggling little things which, although nothing serious, need to be sorted so whoever rents it will not be disturbed. Just basically scruffy workmanship like concrete splattered outside everywhere plus a few minor interior clean ups.
I've also been trying to get some info about the best way of getting British TV channels through the TV which presently only gives BBC World, Sky news, CNN and Euro News, and from the threads I've read here it seems down to individual blocks so if anyone else in block 5 wants to put up a Sky dish, I will be happy to participate. As regards the community of owners, I didn't even know it had been set up yet so I'll keep on reading this site to keep abreast.
