Hi has anybody else had a problem with a water leak? We've been informed that last week there was a pool of water in our appartment which seems to have come from the roof. We are top floor in block 7. It seems to have damaged a wall and warped the door frame and bedroom door. We've reported it to Keymare but they don't seem to be bothered they said they will try to come up and look next week!! We have guests there at the moment which isn't ideal. We have a mortgage with Keymare and we where led to belief that we have house insurance included but we haven't had a reply from them yet.

Just wondering if anybody else has encountered similar problems and if you know what kind of guarentee we have from keymare if the damage is on the roof or from the aircon units up there??

Hi. Did you ever get to the bottom of your damp issue?  Apparently we've been informed that we've had a leak from the roof and it's ruined one of the internal walls and damaged the door frame. We are a top floor appartment and we are a bit lost. We are not sure if we are responsible for the roof or Keymare? We've contacted them but they don't seem to be interested.

HI.

You need a sky box freeview box won't work because it runs of a UK ariel. Buy a sky box from Uk (lot cheaper £20-30) . Plenty of sat shops sell the basic one or ebay. You don't need a card. Take it over and contact an installer and you will then get all freeview channels. We used Dmatch in Mojacar. Cost around 400 euros to supply and install a disk.
