We have just had our apartment re-valued at 237k, incidentally the same valuation as 12 months ago. Hope this gives you folks out there in the process of completing, the feeling you have done the right thing. We know we have.

Its interesting as our value is coming in around 180 euros, suppos eit depends on how cautious or not the lender is...I would always side on the caution route. Not sure its relevant as its only what the lender values it at not what we coudl sell it at

My own valuation is coming in at around 2.5 million euros based on the purchase price + the hassle caused by PrieneSur charged at £185 per hour !!
When it comes to balancing the books, the brain damage may have to be written off.
