Just been informed that the expected date for construction on Royal Dream will be within the next 2 months! Apparently, the 4 new show houses are completed and open for public viewing now.
There are only 10 villas left now on the development for purchase!!
Hope this cheers you all up (and hope its true more to the point!!)
PS: W e still have not got our bank guarantees, however, have been assured that they are with the bank for processing now, apparently, phases 1 & II now have them and we should receive ours shortly! (holding my breath!!!)
