I understand it to be 'adfinsur' who will post out minutes, they may also include a request for direct debit details in order for community fees to be debited, this will possibly include utilities bills.

As for signing any agreement re rules, I do not know, we will have to see upon receipt.

I intend to ring Hugh and ask a few questions in the next few days, if I get any update I will pass on the details

Bernie,

Each community sets its own rules, our community will always be independant of Phase 1, although I think that Hugh took some ideas from Phase 1in order to maintain some uniformity,

However our pool times were agreed as 9am til 9pm during May to October and 10am til 5pm the remaining months.

I was informed yesterday that the main street lights were being connected which may indicate some progress towards the Utilities companies being prepared to take over ?, the lights inside the site (around pool and inner access roads) are already in operation.

I took some photos, but some relatives due home tomorrow have some better quality ones, I will put them on here over the weekend.

Sorry bernie, but cannot give you a definate answer, it was not discussed in depth, this is one of the items to be clarified, to be honest the meeting was not conducted in a professional manner, at times jumping from one subject to another, failing to follow the agenda and people talking over each other.

I put this down to the fact that nobody really had any authority as it was the first meeting, I would expect future meetings to be far more organised as we now have a commitee in place.

It may appear more specific when the minutes are provided by 'adfinsur'

Hello Bernie,

the rules are not clear on the age; Quote, Very young children must be supervised by a family member at all times whilst in the childrens pool area.  Children under 12 must not be allowed in the adult pool area even with swimming aids.

The mention of the pool being for the exclusive use of kids sunday and wednesday am, would probably be more acurate if it was worded kids have precedence during these hours.  

The rules are a good first draft but would appear to have room for improvement and  may need to be more specific in certain areas, I am sure that this can be done amicably as our representatives are reasonable people.

One other thing which was mentioned; Luido, the builder is asking as a goodwill gesture for residents to contribute to the cost of the builders supply of Electricity and Water (approx 27 euro per month was mentioned). The builder is obligated to provide such utilities, therefore we are not required to pay.

A couple of people actually living on site suggested that we agree, it was decided not to respond just yet and to inform Luido that we may consider this possibly upon resolution of the pool issue.

The pool is not in use as yet, the adjacent site did have non slip tiles surrounding the pool in place and a far better finish completed, prior to the site being accepted.

The keyboard is now quite warm, I think that I have updated you on most items and that'll do for now, I will post some photos soon.
