Re-mortgage advice

hello all with an albertross when you do your snagging pay attention to the wall tiles in the fridge freezer space because our tiles cracked from floor to ceiling in this corner most likeley cause a little settelment in building this has occered in 2 of our nieghbours propertys as well as this look for what may apear as riseing damp in underbuild on stair walls black staining on door frame legs etc most likeley cause water coming in through conduit built into walls look outside at manhole box just  behind cellar window masa know of this problem we had an indoor swiming pool in ours lucky no elec or it would have been heated i had to show site manager how to sort it out so god help us all if english builders stop living on site to show them how to build this problem is not the end of the world i myself keep koi carp and its saved me alot of work on a pond if you get these problems see migel site manager he now knows how to repair it but will wait till you tell him its there hes done mine and a couple more under our supervision and it is ok the box must be higher than ground level holes in side rendered up box rendered inside and out and tanked for best results

Thanks for the heads up Mug - at least I'll know what to look for - unless it's still a fish pool when i eventually get in!  Where's your house?

hi were on m14 42 the one with half stoned garden when you go over take a look let me know if its floated away ,you may be ok with the eagle their built slightley different and i think most of cellar windows have little shelters over them bright idea shame they didnt have one earlier
