just an update really.
I have bought in Hortensia.
have carried out first snag and am going over next week to do final snag.
been advised to complete and then look to take action as a group, but I did manage to speak to aifos last week, who sounded far more positive about building pool and tennis courts, once they get another license approved!! so still hoping!!

i have recieved the letter asking us to complete within 15 days of post mark!!!
having spoken to my solicitor in spain and then to Aifos, the time frame is not a worry, but we are going to complete before end of july!! and hopefully then a committee can be put in place regarding pools and tennis courts!

if you are meeting anyone from Aifos, can you try and find out if any tennis courts etc (sports complex) is being built as well???highly unlikely, I know!!

just to replty to John3, I had a direct one to one meeting with Aifos at their offices in Malaga last week. They said that the pools would be built after the 5th phase was completed and suggested that that could be 18months to 2 years time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Duquesa, via Tim want to form a committee but I think, and he can correct me if i'm wrong, Tim was suggesting that wecomplete and then form a committee??

Unfortunately I am also involved in another Aifos calamity called Rosario, where they are now saying the golf course will only be built after the last phase is completed!!
