Hi everyone,  just got back . Well we finally moved in and after some small minor things that had to be corrected which were done within the week  while we was there.  Everything is fine,  just a few things left to be completed,  hopefully before we go out again? A week wasn't long enough to get everything done, can't wait to go back.

The construction of the second phase is coming along , the gardens have been extended but still some work to be done though.

This is going to be a fantastic development, can't wait for the finished  site. They have started work on the basement of the clubhouse.

weather was good  and the  beach by villaricous has been improved.

speak to you soon

kind regards

Brian and Sue

Hi

Thought we would post you our experience of moving in. We went out in August for our Inspection visit (stayed at the Vera Hotel nice small hotel with a great Restaurant  - highly recommend the steak on a hot stone). The inspection went well but we ended up with 3 pages of snagging most of it was painting and decoration and joinery problems but also unacceptable things like:

Chip on front edge of Granite worktop

Internal doors not closing

Damage to doors

Tiling & Grouting was appalling!  There were patches of grout missing completely or too much grout left on tiles and the tiles  are not straight or level.

We have just been out last weekend to collect the keys and stayed 2 nights in our apartment. The doors now close, the chip in the granite is still there, small chips in the doors are still there, the snagging on the decoration side has not been done, and the tiling is still appalling and unacceptable. There were no bedspreads, as promised, but the major problem we discovered was the water pouring out from underneath the shower base when having a shower.  I think the drain has not been connected, heaven knows what damage it caused to the apartment below. We have sent an e-mail to customer services but have not yet had a reply.   Has anyone else had this problem?

Other than these hiccups we are very happy with our apartment and look forward to going back out at October half term

Steve & Jill
