 Hi all just got back on friday,  had a fantastic time weather was 36 to 40 c , we have a new gatehouse being formed it is due to be finished by the end of july (see photos)  so we were told.  The second phase  is getting there.  The  saleman told me its a bit slow due to the exchange rate  but the good thing it isn't going down  in price which is good news as other developments are. this is turning out to be a lovely community with every one being so friendly.

 Hi everyone,

 Has anyone paid the next installment from the initial payment of 150 euros , I have tried to contact the community  email  site to get the password etc which was sent  in December, but have had no reply, has anyone had simliar problems or  do you know who to contact regarding the next installment .

By the way we  have found that keymare after sales are not very good at actioning snagging on our apartment in fact they are very poor after sending a number of emails to get things sorted  they do not reply to our  emails we had to get our solicitor to intervene not very good on a brand new site ,   Its a shame that a big company such as Keymare don't put the effort to keep the new owners  more happy. the sales side have been very helpful and we feel that if the aftersales put as much effort as the sales side there would be less complaints , Has anyone  else  had similar experiences   please post them on the site because we know they get passed  on . Sorry to complain but We have had enough of the very poor after sales service and keeping us informed, which is a large investment for most of us.

Hi everyone,  just got back . Well we finally moved in and after some small minor things that had to be corrected which were done within the week  while we was there.  Everything is fine,  just a few things left to be completed,  hopefully before we go out again? A week wasn't long enough to get everything done, can't wait to go back.

The construction of the second phase is coming along , the gardens have been extended but still some work to be done though.

This is going to be a fantastic development, can't wait for the finished  site. They have started work on the basement of the clubhouse. 

weather was good  and the  beach by villaricous has been improved.
