Were you going through Arriba Homes to buy your Santa Ana (San Jose) property?

Can anyone tell us how many bars and restaurants are now open,last time we were there 3 months ago there was only the one next to baybrooks and baybrooks about ready to go.

We are out there in 3 weeks time for a week and looking forward to some sun.

just returned from la finca, and can confirm a 2nd bar has now opened. Baybrooks looks like its ready to open anytime so hopefully soon things will start to move!!!

Hi there. The very latest news [landed at lunch time 27th] is... Two bars, one pet/vet, one grocery/paper shop, two letting/sales offices, Baybrooks STILL not open, [many rumours ] builders are in a unit at the garden centre end fitting out another restaurant, which will be open first? any bets? Police/security office [unfinished] at each end of site, road into Algorfa open [why the roundabouts] My wife and i do get over a lot thank goodness, it,s all improving all be it very slowly.It will be worth the wait for those waiting, ours was at least 12 months late but we have been in for over 12mths now and loving it. Im going to put some pics on of unfinished property numbers are in the 900's i think. Can't get back until November but if anybody needs particular photos taken please say. Happy Hols. As a new member to message board and as an owner in La Finca I am very keen to find out more on

security since I am paying € 32 per month . This of course is expensive if the other firm mentioned a few weeks

back will be charging almost 50% less. Would all readers pls keep me in mind as I travel out for a stay in December and will change if there are others who would attend to change-over too. ??
