If you look at the algorfa website.www.algorfa.co.uk it says it is ceasing,however,it is paid one year behind and so for me I think I will have to pay this year but sounds like you guys should be okay.

we have had our apartment for 2 yrs and we normally pay about 350 euro's but because our joint names are on the deeds it costs us more and about 2/3 of it goes to the solicitor handling it on our behalf.

I always felt it was a crazy and probably illegal tax.

Anyone know if there any more restaurants in the pipeline at la finca,it seems the chinese wok buffet that has been advertising as coming soon for the last year or so still isn't bearing any fruit.

Hi,

We have been around for 2 years now and we use superbeam,good quality picture but only 25 channels for 21 euro per mth though you can get some more(approx 10) for a few Euro's extra.

Depends what you want really,we don't live in Spain so its good for us and it includes sky sports and bbc1,2,itv 1 and channel 4 plus others.

Can anyone tell us how many bars and restaurants are now open,last time we were there 3 months ago there was only the one next to baybrooks and baybrooks about ready to go.

We are out there in 3 weeks time for a week and looking forward to some sun.
