Seems like there are a good many Folks in the same dilemma as ourselves (awaiting completion on R7) I'm new to the forum but may I respectfully suggest if we went as a group to Quara could we improve the situation. How could we collect the e-mails of all concerned assuming they were in agreement of course. Any suggestions anyone.

Love to do something like that  but we need to find thr best way round it,are you saying villa martin has

built our properties on someone elses land,you would think they would do all that before the build i still

think we are due compensation.

I have posted on a similar thread previously. I have made a lot of enquiries, and there is no suggestion that there are any real problems with the build, other than slow completion. The builders are a very respected firm, and they are well established. I think a slow down in sales, and more effort going into the clubhouse and hotel builds, are probably responsible. A few of us have completed the purchase already [without deeds] and have moved in. My solicitor does not have any worries, saying these delays are 'normal'. We have friends who bought four years ago on Villamartin [same builders] and they had over a year's delay in getting the deeds. I do think that pressure on the builders from those who cannot complete [need mortgages etc.] would help, but it would be more effective if done as a group. I wonder what would happen if people started asking for their money back?

Let's hope it gets sorted soon.
