Has anyone recently had a snagging report carried out on their property prior to completion. We are due to complete shortly and were looking for a reliable/ professional company. Any idea`s

Hi Sandra,

Have you had confirmation you will be completing on Phase 8 in Sept? Our 1st date was this month but we have had no correspondance to date. Our solicitor thinks it may be as late as October or November!!!! Have you been out recently? I believe they were starting the pool in April but dont know how it is looking at the minute.

hi guys,

 

just returned from la finca, and can confirm a 2nd bar has now opened. Baybrooks looks like its ready to open anytime so hopefully soon things will start to move!!!

Just returned from la finca after a 9day stay, mixed emotions for us. Phase 8a is coming along very nicely, apartments look very nice too but they have only sold 12 apartments in Phase A in a year, very slow progress for sales, still 10 apartments still to go. They have not started Phase B yet so it may be a time before our community is up and running. We are number 1001, let us know where you are, we may be neighbours!! The commercials are also slow to be opened although another small bar opened last week. Not all doom and gloom as the La Finca still looking very nice.

Thanks for the reply, I noticed your completion date was Sept 08, can you let us know what phase you have purchased in. We are Phase 1 and were told June 08 and we were wondering if  there was a delay in Phase 1 already!!
