Well i've read all the comments and optimism from all ,and in previouse threads i've praised keymare , BUT, after our so called courtesy /snag visit on monday I feel a bit dissappointed. Four of us went out all in the same block (31), when we got to the office it was made clear that no snags were available and that the builders are not ready to allow visits as yet to ours or blocks around us.. So 4 of us with great expense trogged over only to be refused entry SO after several calls and a few mild tantrums one member of staff took us to tha site where a very reluctant builder opened up the appartments for us to look at , absolutely no point in trying to snag as there was very little in to snag at so we took some pikkies and after about only ten mins left. This visit was properly arranged via email ( several actually) and we had copies with us but we still had all this difficulty. Right !!!!! on a brighter note , they do look superb , a lot more spaciouse than I remember, the pool area is coming along nicely but a way off finished and our overall impression is that when we all get tha finished article it should be lovely.

Hi all just returned from our inspection visit (arranged by e mail?) no problems whatsoever! Maybe it is pot luck on the day??
We are in block 9 Phase1 we wer very pleased with what we saw and the builders are currently rectifying to there own defects lists- we cannot snag until we take possession, KM advised that possession to us would be 4/6 weeks from now?
People are already in habitation there but rather them than me with the works stiil progressing externally!

Phase 1 is way ahead of 2, also phase 2 are using a different constructor. As I said, all this was arranged by email, I do have a name but I don't want to apportion blame to any individual as it seemed like a mixed bag of errors. I do know another couple in our block that went out to snag on weds so i'l see how they got on soon.
