Hi just returned from Spain and very reluctant to leave.  Nothing more to report except that the Town Hall are also having a a shake up and I believe that this may be related to all that has gone on with illagal licences etc.  Nuri confirmed that there has been problems in the Town Hall which make sense in terms of the delays.  I think that the Spanish are putting a stop to alot of the corruption which is better for us. I havent seen any movement with the builders but Alister spotted someone delivering window frames which sounds promising.  The golf courses are looking good and there are a number of people maintaining the greens.  Nuria said realisticallyu phase 4 may be ready in december or possibly jan or feb.  Hope this helps

Can you please confirm when Phase 4 Block 4 will be ready to move into? I llok forward to hearing from you. I feel this is a positive move and will negate a lot of ill feeling at the moment.

I guess we would all like to see anticipacated completion dates for each block on Phase 4. I personally have furniture in storage which is costing due to slipped completion dates.

Please post anticpated completion dates for each block on Phase 4. We all look forward to reading your posting and on going status of development.

To Quermes. It would be good if you could provide us with your real names and a phone number that we can call. I purchased in Phase 6 and now I know that there will be a domino effect on the completion dates of all phases. It would be good if we could have an indication of the estimated completion date for all phases of the Arneal project or at least tell us what the new Contractor is willing to commit to in terms of completion dates. We are all big boys and girls so please be forthcoming with us as we have our lives to organize. Thanks in advance for your assistance and all the best.

I did attend the feria and it was really impressive and I really enjoyed meeting both you and your partner and exploring the complex :).  think your pm is very comprehensive and I can see anything that you may have left out. I have just excited when I saw  Quermes posting on the site but I am smiling to my self as they will be inundated with questions, quite rightly.  I think I have come to terms with the December date but would still welcolme news about any progress so hears hoping.
