Dear customers ,

- Phase IV
- we have no news until the New Constructor company signs the Contract
- Golf Course – no news at the moment.
- Club House- no news at the moment
- Phase III
- LIFTS - waiting for Sevillana to fix the connections.
- SNAGGING LISTS - from the Sales Office we are giving an Official Document to fill in.
- GARDENS NO COMPLETED - no new at the moment
- CLOSED POOLS - Community matter.
- POWER LINES- waiting for Sevillana to fix the connections.

MOVING TO OR SWAPPING INTO ANOTHER PHASE OR APPARTMENT ARE NOT ALLOWED.

COMPLETION DATES OF ANY OF THE PHASES WILL BE GIVEN FROM THE NEW CONSTRUCTOR COMPANY.

NOT SALES AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. WE ARE JUST WORKING OUT PROBLEMS. ONCE IT IS FINISHED, WE WILL HAVE LISTS OF AVAILABLE APPARTMENTS WITH THEIR PRICES.

Hello to all of you, first of all we would like to inform you that under this nickname we are the Sales team responding to your worries on this forum. (Sometimes Pepe, sometimes Nuria, sometimes anybody....)

Gerens is the company which is managing the Project of Arenal Golf.

Quermes is the Sales Department and, right now we are collaborating to help together with Gerens ( while they organize themselves) all of you customers from Arenal Golf.
