hello everyone

Very interested to read all the threads about the AGM. We go out there on Thurs (21st) but unfortunately return to UK on 27th. We are no building experts but agree that there are some issues that need resolving before the hand-over. It sounds an excellent idea for Andy to do a survey when he gets over there, but in that case we need a postponement of the AGM until after that - will we be able to get the builders to delay it? Who from the community does the final sign-off of acceptance?

We will gladly add our voice to the debate either when we are there next week or via email from the UK.

We are flying to Murcia with Ryanair in early Feb and still haven't heard from them about paying the extra tax - can't find anything on their website or in View Booking about how to pay. Has anyone succeeded in paying before you get to the airport??

Hi mike and linda, we are in No.58 - top floor next to Paul and Bernie! Came back yesterday from a long weekend out there - lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sunset! We got our white goods from Carrefour and most furniture from Ikea in Murcia - we know someone who will assemble it if you are interested. This time out there we got the air-con done and curtain poles put up. Carrefour is good for housey things and Ardy - near Carrefour has lots of DIY stuff as well as lights, bathroom stuff etc. Hope completion goes well and look forward to meeting you sometime.

we are in plot 58 and are flying out on 15th to sign on the 18th so will also be dashing round IKEA, Carrefour etc and then wielding a screwdriver to put it all together! look forward to meeting you all.
