Hello we are Rosemary and Gerard, SG Open M11-4. We were out in Feb, our last update on the website shows a wall and gate, but yes we agree the posts did seem different and not sure but also thought the walls didn't look as finished. Perhaps they are not.
It looks as though we will be neighbours. We have emailed Atlas today to ask for an update about the roads, but just reading someone else's blog about the water, electricity etc doesn't sound promising.
I wonder also if anyone has used Bankinter. We opened a bank account when we went on our mid term visit, and felt a bit pressured to do so. We only put 50 euros in but already we have been charged 46 euros. We are still trying to find out if this is an annual charge or is it 23 euros for March and 23 euros for April as stated on the account balance.
I am quite sorry I started reading these messages as before reading all these I was very positive and believed what Atlas were telling me, however, after reading these I don't think we will be in for years. I keep looking at the pictures hoping to see the walls all finished and all the roads surfaced and finished off.
