Could anyone tell me if they have similar contacts for white goods. We were taken to a store by the Atlas reps but found the white goods very expensive, much more than in England.

Hi Brian and Sonya,

I can also confirm that the Open Plus does have a very large basement, as we have been in one, we also thought about converting it to an apartment, but you need to look into the legalities as to being able to put in drains and plumbing etc and also from the safety point of view for way of exit in case of a fire.

The point I was making about checking if you had purchased an Open Plus was to ask if you had actually seen your house or if you were buying from Atlas off plan.  We saw our house an OPen without a basement and that is what we put our deposit on.  But all the paperwork from Atlas still says an Open Plus, they have just got it wrong.  When we received our contract etc that did say Open.

Also we receiving a £2,000 cashback from our initial deposit which apparently was a specially offer at the time.

Hi Brian and Sonya, are you sure you have bought an Open Plus,  We know ours is an OPEN we saw it when we bought, but all our paperwork from Atlas says Open Plus, the only difference is 10,000 euros for the basement....... RG

Hi yes you are right, ours is m11-4 and we are next to the block of Eagles, 3 is a detached Open next to us and 1 and 2 are semi detached Opens. I tried to paste a picture of our house showing the wall and gates but it doesn't seem to work, I will study the instructions again, as it is not a picture from my camera but the one that Atlas has sent me for our monthly update.
