Word on the street is that the planned completion date for SG is end May begining of June.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but having experienced completion on Camposol I´m not surprised. Still I´m sure it will be worth the wait.

Hi all, & Kathy & Bob

Thanks for the news, perhaps the most irritating thing of all is Masa's total failure to update people about what is going on in relation to the development - one wonders if anyone at Masa has got a clue about customer service [or gives a damn]?

Hi Kathy, Bob, Mags and all,

Would that be 2007 or 2008? After all, nobody, even the Agents, appear to be saying anything at all.

I don't think that it is a case of MASA  having a clue about customer service, more likely just not having a clue.

See  you all, eventually.

Just to let you all know I received confrimation that water and electric was now ready to be connected to mains supply. Builder just waiting receipt of my connection fee which I will get transferred to him tomorrow. Has anyone else received this?

So looks like things are still moving forward and getting closer.

Hi Sue

The connection fee is 360 Euros for water and electric to be connected to the mains supply. It was a letter from builder via my agents stating his bank details were the money has to be paid direct to his account. I just send my agent receipt of transfer.

At last as you say it is another step forward. Hopefully next letter will be to complete.

Hi there everybody.  I am new to this thread.  I bought in 14 (An albatros) and have been patiently waiting for our house to be complete.  I just got correspondance from Masa today (24th April) about completion...........  Here we go...

Regarding the completion of the property, Masa Promotura have advised that they will not allow clients to take possession of their properties until the infrastructure of the urbanisation has been completed, roads, lighting, etc.

The constructor has confirmed that they estimate the infrastructure to be completed by the end of July, however, we have not received confirmation in writing. My manager is scheduled to meet with the constructor next week regarding this matter and I will contact you to confirm any further developments.

 ----------------------------------------------------

I must say, this is a bit later than I was expecting    (we were told Q2 2007) and I suppose this could be wishful thinking even at this stage.  Has anybody heard anything else?

Thanks

Jason

Thanks Jason, it seems like this is going on and on, but you're the first person to have concrete info, much appreciated.
