Info obtained and answering now:

We are currently involved in two cases:

1. Case in Cassation: In this case, the bank has filed a cassation appeal. We won both in the first instance (PI) and in the Appeal Court. We are awaiting further proceedings in the Cassation stage.

2. Case in the Audiencia: This case is currently pending voting and judgment in the Audiencia. 

We are delighted to share that the Supreme Court has recently taken a very positive stance in favor of the buyer regarding the banks' duty of care in off-plan property purchases. I will be writting  a post on this in my blog next week
