Had a call from a litigation firm in Spain if I wanted to make a claim for loss of deposit / late completion etc. etc......Anyone can shed some light on this subject please. Legit or a hoax!

Hi if you google the company you can see for your self.Hope this stops other people falling for this scam .

Many thanks. It appear that the company will ask for money to translate paperwork/contract etc. (circa £1200.00).,which just doesn't equate. I like to hear from anyone who has been successfully reimbursed. Otherwise I am glad that I shared this information on this thread.
