Demographic of owners and occupiers

Could anyone help us on this one please? We would like to know roughly the proportion of empty apartments versus occupied apartments on Las Terrazas please. We would also like to know the percentage (roughly) of owner occupiers too. What would the breakdown in percentage terms of the different nationalties living and renting there? We are looking to buy and would like to be surrounded by not just English language speaking as we want to feel part of Spain and it's language. I hope I have explained what I mean.

There are over 1500 apartments on Las Terrazas de la Torre. As of July 2015,  the banks owned 519 apartments and Polaris World owned 269 apartments.

Since then, the number of apartments sold by the banks and Polaris World to private owners has been high so there will now be well over 50% in private ownership.

I very much doubt whether there are figures relating to permanent residents available but I would guess this is low.

With respect to nationalities of owners, there is a high percentage of Spanish and UK&I owners. With a fair percentage of Scandinavian, German and French owners. Don't have exact figures, just going on gut feel from the people that I have met.

We've just had updated figures. It now stands at SAREB 468 properties and Polaris World 244. This means that 76 have been sold in the last year.

With 1516 properties this means that 804 or 53% are now privately owned. 10% of these are new owners within the last year. This of course doesn't account for resales where some longer term owners have sold to new owners.
