Hi All

We have agreed to purchase a ground floor apt and would like to know if anyone can help with the following

1) Is there a cleaning company that anyone would recommend

2) Is there someone on site that can assist with WiFi & UK TV  ( Is SKY Available)

3) Has anyone got  a company that they would recommend for a/c and how much is it ?

4) Does anyone know the most competetive place to buy white goods

I bet you are wondering why you have had little response to your post, that's because this isn't the main forum for TDLT. The one to use is this one http://www.eyeonspain.com/community/terrazas-de-la-torre-golf-resort-T57.aspx. There's lots of useful info on there to help you. 

We moved into our apartment on TDLT this May so can help you with some of the questions:

2 - TV and Internet are provided by just one company A2Z. They provide a range of packages at different prices

3 - for Air Conditioning we used a company called Climazone who were recommended by others on the site. They did a great job, Three units for just under 2000€. If you private message me your email address I'm happy to forward our quote. 

4 - For white quite a few people use Tien 21 in the centre of Roldan (the nearest village) although not the cheapest they deliver and install next day. We got our fridge from them and our washer from Worten in the Dos Mares shopping centre. Depending on budget and tastes for furniture there is an Ikea in Murcia city they do delivery and assembly. However we rented a van and did it ourselves. Our sofa came from Siesta in San Javier.
