Bank repos

Hi. Can anyone tell me if there are any bank sales/repos still available on the resort? i.e not private sales. Agents welcome to PM me if any info available. Thanks. Arlene.

there are less than 200, none in Jardines, but some in Naranjos, La Isla and Penthouses 1-4... I believe!

hi sungoddess, it's about a 1 hour drive from san javier and 1 hour 20 from alicante. 40 minutes from Corvera should it ever open.

That's not too bad I suppose. I think if we come over for inspection trip at end of October we will do a test run of it and see if it would suit us or not.

I'm assuming that's from San Javier? Can you give me a little info about what you were looking for and what you ended up purchasing as there can be a wide variation in the 2 lol. If you have a family how many of you are there etc. How do ye find the security personnel's eficiency and maintenance of the garden areas, hedging, pools etc?
