Hi my partner looking at properties on Camposol with a view to moving out there next October my question is does anyone have a rough idea on the cost of installing a pool? obviously living in uk we have no idea which is the best to install, had the idea that you just informed a firm that you needed a pool they would ask size lol but now realise there are different filters (non of which i understand) the reason i am asking is that we have seen a few properties we like but without pools so of course we will have to try and the cost

With about 5000 houses on campsol and about 3000 of these have a pool already installed . As a Camposol non resident I would suggest that you spend 10,000 more and get one wth a pool already installed ( Let someone else take the hit ) as the euro is low and the prices are still good with bargains to be had now.

Think about buying now and renting out for a year through an agent .  Look at "Rightmove Camposol" website and you will see bargains about . make sure you consider Sector A and B as first options if you want to be near facilities.

Just also consider pool maintainance is costly but on the good side Camposol had no community fees.
