Please beware. Just had engineer out to look at my air con as it was tripping electrics out. He went up on the roof and the lid (with 8 screws) has been removed and left open and the fan is missing. A fan is on the roof broken in pieces but nowhere near my unit. Now in his expert opinion there is no way that the air con blew and took the lid off as it has 8 screws and 'may' have been taken to repair someone elses. Who knows! Annoying and has cost me way more to fix as there is water damage as lid has been off for some time. Blue Monday indeed today ☹

So please if you do see any units with lids open/off from your apts (i can see blocks in front of me) let the aea know asap to avoid more damage.

I hear from people staying in my apartment that 'owners' on DV are complaining about inflatables in the pools and putting signs up and not being able to swim!

Although i can see both sides i am a) a little annoyed people rentimg out are not letting their renters enjoy themselves and b) people who live their are wanting a very quiet community which begs the question why buy on such a big development?

We need to look at this from all angles and see that if people have bought as an investment their home is used and people enjoy holidaying here and if it is for a home we can enjoy the developmemt being used to its full potential. I pay community fees and do not expect it either way. Enjoy....life is too short!!! I expect my family out their now to have fun but ignore any temporary signs 'owners' put up.

Hi.

Saw the floods in Duquesa and Sabanillas. Such a shame for residents and businesses affected.

Anyone know how the clean up going now the rain has subsided?

Hope no-one was affected in DV with so much rain in such a short space of time.
