I would post a picture of him NOW. Also, Dogs should be on the lead at all times. Maybe if you post the picture, stricter rules abour dogs will be put in place. 

PS: I like my neighbour's dog, he is cute and the owner respectful. It is the others who don't respect that give the dogs in general a bad name.

My neighbour in DV has a dog and I'm not a dog lover. However the dog doesn't bother me at all. It is the other dogs and their barking through the night that bothers me. Last night was bad. I think the owners can also hear them barking. It's their fault. They should do something about it. If my baby cries I see to it. Why do they let their dogs bark their head off and bother the neighbours? It's really lovely here. Peace and quiet everywhere. But the dogs barking all night long spoil the moment.
