5 quarters?

Hi , last weeks newsletter from resortalia says we now have to pay 5 quarters, how does this work?

Hi,  I'll try and explain it better. 

The community  budget has been calculated over a 15 month period  and not the usual 12, so it was  from October 2014 to December 2015, you have already paid October 2014 payment,  so your 2015 payments are taken on the same as dates as usual January, April, July and October I think it's the 15th of each month.

The financial year of the Community of Owners is changed after this year to follow the calendar year rather than from 1st October. This will make it easier to administer as nearly all service contracts ( security, rubbish collection etc. ) are per calendar year. Therefore the current financial year will have 15 months and we are now in the second quarter of the five. The next financial year will start on 1st January 2016.
