Problems with TV

can anyone advise on the current Tv situation, just arrived have  full internet but limited TV channels, missing ITV, bbc2, ch.4 and others only have 5 or 6 channels in total which are watchable. Anyone else had this problem and have they managed to sort it. If so how. I have retuned but this has made no difference. Advice please.

Did you bother to open the Link. Newspaper is dated Saturday 31 January,2015 actually.

Also arrived today ( 31 Jan )and missing most English TV . Saw the link as previously mentioned but don't know where the reset button is on our original Polaris box. Any advice please.

Sorry,I did not think my response was rude. As when you open the Link,the Newspapers date is Sat,Jan 31,2015. Did not realise that the information here was so old. I thought it was Current News. If I made a mistake,then I apologise to other Forum Users.

we had the exact same problem so when we called into ML on Friday we mentioned it to Ana and she said she would get in touch with the telecoms guy, but he just happened to be in the office so he came and re jigged the digi box and now we have all the channels again. ( free of charge )

Hi, you can get a USB stick from Clover Bar with fix.  Don,t know if it covers all boxes.

20e deposit and 15e refund on return, so means 5e charge.

Used yesterday. 1 minute fix.  All good now.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I went into Milleniun office this morning to report my 'no channels' problem.

They passed it on to the TV company and an engineer arrived within an hour.

He did a search on the advanced search setting along with some other tweaks and all the English channels came on.

He told me that it would be a week or so before the automatic search function was working properly.

Milleniun gave me an email address to contact the TV company direct. It is soporte@
