I don't think it matters if the apartments are cheap or expensive as all communities can get problems with renters. My Daughter rented out her house many years ago at £1000 pw but she got many complaints about renters. Once the rental agency let it out to 8 youths who aside from annoying the neighbors, trashed the place. She stopped renting when one family refused to leave. Agents should take more responsibility.
