there was a burst pipe in our downstairs neighbours apartment which has cased no damage to us but has caused extensive damage downstairs any one the law regarding compensation claims made by our neighbour say we are responsible our Insurance company is currently involved with the claim. the apartment is 7 years old are the builders not liable for this dfamage???
