We won other case against the bank and they were condemned to pay the deposit back plus legal interests plus legal fees in relation to buyers of phase 2 and 3 of Manilva gardens.
The judge considered that phase 2 and 3 are included in the general bank guarantee issued by Cajasol.
Four buyers of phase 2 and one buyer of phase 3 won this battle against the bank.
