Court Hearing Date Set

Hi all

Just wanted to share with you that we now have our own court date set for hearing on 5th November 2014, in Alicante.

Could be fireworks that night !!

Joking apart........ hope we get a favourable result, and an end to the 8 year nightmare !!

We have a Preliminary Hearing date for October 2014 in Almeria.  We have waited a year for this as it is a very busy Court

Yes... this is our first hearing.

Ou Spansih lawyer has stated that it is good news, as the hearing is set for Alicante Court 6 which is the scene of 2 successful hearings already for them !!

Let's hope we're the 3rd one lucky !!
