Guadalupe telephoned me today to say that they have won my final court case.

Guadalupe won the first court  case saying that the bank have to pay me ,the bank said that they will only pay me

65% of my money so Guadalupe took them back to court on Thursday and received a telephone call from the courts

saying that she has won the case and they have to pay me.guadalupe is telephoning the courts tomorrow to have the money transferred from the courts to her and then on to me.

well done Guadalupe for all your hard work that you and your staff have done to win both cases .

Can you say how long it took them to get your money back from the start of the claim to when you won your case ?

around two years its well worth the wait .

thanks to Guadalupe who did all the hard and fantastic work ,

Guadalupe and her staff have been fantastic all the way through the appeal

and kept me informed of when or what was going to happen next.

to anyone who has not got a solicitor I would recommend Guadalupe .

guadalupe won all our money back and is now in the process of

getting our interest and fees back .
