Are these claims against the Bank for properties that were eventually built and FOL's Granted on Mar Menor 2, and where the Buyers just didn't want to complete on the purchase of the property because they never got the required Bank Guarantees from Cam???

If so, surely there are lots of people who would be able to go down this route on Mar Menor 2 and if so are there any possibilities of any Group Actions???

Dear Joey,

The habitation certificate for these properties was obtained by Polaris with two months delay from the agreed completion time and, in addition,  the final building certificate was just partial. Despite we are still waiting for the High Court to decide about the nullity of some clauses and the breach of the contracts (and Polaris is claiming at the same time that my clients must complete), we decided a few months ago to enforce bank guarantees given by CAM Bank, and Courts in Valencia are just sopporting our claims.
