I use the Navfree app on my smartphone which gets me to the resort using a postcode lookup of '38040/Alhama de Murcia' and street name 'La Alcanara'. Sat navs usually don't recognise the street names within the resort, as they are private roads, so a good old map and directions for her to get to Jardin 3 might be the way to go for when she's inside the resort - Bing maps or openstreetmaps.org show the road layout within the resort.
