Security for two bed Jardin Aprtments

Hi

I have just had a text from people currently renting our apartment to say that our sun loungers had a rip in them. The material is tough & the only way they could have been damaged is if it was done deliberately

The people renting previously were in their 50`s & I doubt if they were the culprits.

We are considering putting hidden security cameras up there & as they would not be in fringing on anyone`s “human rights” to privacy.(I doubt if anyone would risk nude bathing). I wondered if anyone else has considered or done the same. We are also looking to add gates @ the top & bottom of the stairs leading into the roof terrace. If anyone knows of a company or companies who can supply either we would be pleased to hear from you

OMG. Of course I would be more than happy to admire Brad Pitt Nude sunbathing. & there  are a few others that spring to mind. but honestly having viewed many  people fully & partially clothed on Condado I dread to think what they might look like. Not saying I am body beautiful. Those days have long gone

We are also on Jardin 5 and got home last week.  On arrival on 21 July our lounge aircon was blowing hot.  The aircon engineer who came out reported that the connections to the outside unit on the roof terrace had been loosened, venting the gas.  He said that this could not have happened, other than having been done deliberately.  E40 to fix and re gas.

With regard to putting gates on your steps, the advantage is negated by the ability to gain access to your terrace by climbing over the walls from your neighbours apartments on either side.

Yes you are correct about the access from next door.  We had hoped to have something aesthetically except able to be built on top of the existing wall too.

What a pity that there are some that have no regard for others and their property.

I certainly hope that we can get a camera or two fitted. Hopefully we can catch the blighters on screen & pass on to ML if it happens again.
