My friends are coming over to CDA for the first time and to stay in their new apartment which they purchased unseen. Very brave! Anyway, they are not hiring a car on this occasion so I wondered if the free minibus from La Ca erna still collects and returns from/to CDA? They will be heading over at there at the end of this month. Many thanks.

We were out in October and used the free mini bus supplied by la Caverna so I would think they are still running it. We come out ourselves for 2 wks from end of the month so might bump into your friends in one of our lovely bars or restaurants on Condado.

Your friends indeed are very brave. It might be worthwhile you telling them to also book a hotel room just in case. The reason being is that the apartment we bought we were not able to actually view and were shown the show apartment. When I drove down last month with my seventy year old father it turned out the apartment was uninhabitable for varying reasons. Cutting a long story very short. We made them repair it which I am going to check late on Saturday this week when I am next over. Our agents staff confirmed the condition as good but that was prior to the furniture pack going in. Most of this was missing or stolen. The lazy so and so on site agent couldn't be bothered to check its condition but assured us via email that it was totally finished. This was a big mistake on his part. Anyway watch this space as I might be posting more on this matter after the weekend.
