Moving in garden 1

Hello all, we are hoping to complete a sale on a property in garden 1, I was visiting condada last week and in the middle of ordering furniture , I forgot to take measurements, it's a 2 bed with roof terrace,
Can any one please tell me the size to the bedrooms, also the alcove under the window, from the alcove to the kitchen work top and the length off the worktop or can some body do me a sketch

We just completed on Garden 1 yesterday - so we will be neighbours!

Bedroom 1 is 3m x 2.7m

Bedroom 2 is 3.1m x 2.3m

Window widith (space for sofa in front room under window) is 2.2m

From memory, the worktop is 2.4m long and I didn't measure the wall from worktop to window.
