SKY TV Reception

Hi

Following on from all the posts on the general forums about SKY and Freesat transmission changes that are affecting a number of channels I was wondering if anyone in DV has lost any channels.

Lost channel five, bbc hd, bbc one hd,channel four seven at this moment,next month other group of channels.

Sky will move all channels to the sat astra 1n and we needs at duquesa a parabolic biger and reset boxes.

My parents are currently staying in the apartment and say they have only one Sky Channel left now? Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be resolved.

Maybe I can purchase another type of box, like Dreambox?

It seems currrently to be in a state of transition.

 There is nothing happening at the moment.  The only channels you should have lost are the '5's, 4seven, and some of the HD channels.  It has nothing to do with Sky and, if you subscribe to Sky, you should still get those subscription channels.

It is the free to air satellite channels that are affected.  See this thread for recent update:
